1. How long have you been in business?
   ICM was started in 1997 and we now have over 360 clients in 42 states. The software was created by shop owners for shop owners.
   
   
2. What estimating system do you integrate with?
   ICM integrates with CCC Pathways, Mitchell Ultramate, ADP Shoplink, and Mitchell Truckest. You can also download EMS files from Progressive Insurance.
   
   
3. How about accounting software?
   Our software exports financial data to Quickbooks, Peachtree, Business Works and MAS 90.
   
   
4. Do you integrate with any Dealership management system?
   ICM integrates with the Reynolds & Reynolds ERA system.
   
   
5. What kind of hardware do I need?
   ICM recommends IBM compatible 1 GHz processor with 64 MB of RAM, 40 MB of hard disk space using Windows operating system.
   
   
6. How much does you software cost? And can I lease it?
   It depends on the amount of users you have. If you would like a quote please call our sales department (888) 426-4755. There are different ways of financing the purchase, one of them is leasing.
   
   
7. Do you guys do onsite training?
   On site training can be provided. When you talk to our sales representative mention to them that you are interested in one of our trainers coming to your shop.
   
   
8. How often do you introduce new features?
   We introduce new features a minimum of twice a year (Most years it is 3 or more updates). Our system has been built by the suggestion and new ideas of our customer base.
   
   
9. Can you write estimates in your system?
   You can create your own estimates in ICM. Most customers use it in conjunction with estimating software.
