Chicago, IL - April 3rd, 2007 - CCC Information Services Inc. announced today it has acquired Integrated Collision Management, a leading provider of shop management software to the collision industry. Today’s move underscores CCC’s commitment to helping repair facilities improve productivity throughout the repair process.

May, 2006 - ICM 3.3.2 released

  • New Features allow you to:
    • New reports and various enhancements to existing reports:

October, 2005 - ICM 3.3.1 released

  • New Features allow you to:
    • New time clock feature for hourly employees.
      • Employee is able to clock in and out of time clock. Employee can be set up to clock on only the jobs they have been assigned or any job in the shop.
      • User friendly Manage Time Cards Screen. It allows the manager to see who clocked in and if they have exceeded the assigned hours.
      • Time Clock screen allows for touch-screen functionality for shop floor usability.
    • New reports and various enhancements to existing reports.
      • 2510 - This report can be sorted by "hat" number
      • 2400/2560 - A column for the hat number has been added to this report.
      • 6130 & 6140 - Sales Journals by Ins. Company and Referral source.
      • 2610/2611/2612 - Cycle time by referral, estimator and insurance company.
    • New User Setup
      • A "Check All" button in each tab allows for quicker setup.
      • Setup wizard has stricter security access.

February, 2005 - ICM 3.3 released

  • New Features allow you to:
    • Various Status screen changes.
      • User can now add, remove, and order any of the fields on the screen, this allows each individual the freedom to tailor the screen to their own needs.
      • Color coded dates and labor assignment.
    • New reports and various enhancements to existing reports.
      • 5700 - Credit Memo by Vendor
      • 5710 - Credit Memo by Vendor not received
      • 5500/5510 - "Actual Out" date and "Close Date" filter has been added
      • 2210 - This report can be sorted by claim number
    • You can now import estimates in ADP EMS format.
    • Parts order screen.
      • User can now add notes to individual PO.
    • Parts Invoicing and Parts Reconciliation report 7150
      • Newest received part shows up on parts line instead of at the bottom of the 7150 as "Not on RO"
